My real estate career began in 2006 when I became a licensed REALTOR® in Virginia. I earned a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech with a double major in Animal & Poultry Sciences and Agricultural & Applied Economics, along with a minor in Real Estate, before completing my Master of Business Administration from Eastern Mennonite University.

In addition to serving clients as a REALTOR®, I became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2011 and joined the leadership team at Old Dominion Realty in 2016 as an Associate Broker. This combination of real estate sales, appraisal expertise, and brokerage leadership allows me to provide clients with valuable insight into pricing, negotiations, market trends, and property valuation.

Real estate isn't just my profession—it's part of my family's legacy. As a third-generation real estate professional, serving our local communities and helping people achieve their goals has been woven into my life from an early age.

I specialize in residential properties, farms, recreational properties, and land throughout the Shenandoah Valley and Potomac Highlands. From Rockingham County land and farm land opportunities to Hardy County land, Pendleton County land, and mountain land across our region, I understand the unique characteristics that make rural and recreational properties valuable and desirable.

I believe understanding a property means experiencing it firsthand. More importantly, I enjoy educating, advocating for, and guiding clients through life's major transitions with honesty and confidence.

Beyond Real Estate

When I'm not helping clients, you'll likely find me outdoors with my family enjoying softball, baseball, basketball, hunting, farming, fishing, biking, hiking, and exploring the mountains we call home.

Community involvement is incredibly important to me. I serve with Hunt to Harvest Ministry, Buckventures Pro-Staff, the Broadway Little League Board of Directors, coach youth travel softball and basketball, and serve on the Bridgewater Retirement Community Board of Directors. I also spent eight years as an Assistant Softball Coach at Eastern Mennonite University and was honored alongside my husband, Chad, with the 2025 Businesspersons of the Year Award from the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, I have been privileged to serve as President and Board Member of the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Association of REALTORS®.
